This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account. To pay offline, please contact our League Registrar.

All volunteer deposits are paid by credit card at the time of registration. Your volunteer deposit will be refunded to the same credit card once the volunteer obligation has been performed. Those who volunteer during the registration process to be either a Coach or Assistant Coach, will not be charged this volunteer deposit. If the league later decides that we have enough coaches, then we will contact you with a different opportunity to volunteer.
Unfortunately our online system will want to charge the Volunteer Deposit if you are registering for multiple players and you do not volunteer for all of them. As a bypass for this problem, please select "Administrator" for the player(s) you will not be coaching and enter the phrase "Coaching in a different division" in the prompt for administrator position.
The volunteer deposit remains at $50 per family.
If you are registering more than two players in your family this season, you will receive a 50% discount on the third (and fourth, fifth, etc. if applicable) child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at one time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.

The Town of Clarence continues to require you to sign a paper copy of the Town General Release form. At the end of the registration process, this form will be provided for you to print off and mail in to us. We have included an electronic version of the form in our registration process in the hopes that one day the Town will accept this version, but until then you will have to do it both ways, meaning that you will still have to do it the old fashioned way and send in the paper form.
